ART created from little bits of Recycled Magazine Pages
Butterfly Moth Wall Art - Pink and Brown Butterfly
Crafted for Spaces as Original and Layered as their Collectors

I see the world a little differently. Do you?

Unexpected. Layered. Complex. Surprisingly beautiful. Conversation-worthy.

WELCOME.

I’m Betsy McCormack, and I make art from tiny scraps of magazine pages.

At its core, my artwork is about transformation and reinvention—and it mirrors the way I move through life.

In my studio, I gather discarded scraps—fragments of color, texture, and print—and transform them into pieces that feel alive, soulful, and unexpected.

Just as in life, I have done much the same: turned fragments of joy, loss, and the everyday into something whole, beautiful, and worth pausing for—a perfect circle of life shaping art shaping life.

It’s no surprise that I’m drawn to creatures of transformation and flight—butterflies, moths, and birds—symbols of resilience, change, and possibility.

My studio

This is where the magic happens.

How could it not?

My darling tiny cedar-shingled cabin is truly a space of my own. It sits on the edge of 80 wooded acres in Northeast Michigan.

Just steps from the chatter of birds, wooded trails, and migrating butterflies, it’s the perfect place to find the stillness and inspiration that shape every collage.
